Beloved Community Family Wellness Center provides health care for all persons, regardless of their financial status. The sliding fee discount scale payment plan will be developed based on your family size and income. By offering this special service, you can always be assured to receive health care for you and your family.

•We offer a sliding fee discount scale based on total family income and size to all individuals in need. 

•We provide application assistance (enrollment) for AllKids, Affordable Care Act (ACA), Family Care, Veterans, and the MPE programs. 

•Bilingual medical staff available on-site. 

•We provide health care and preventive services to all ages from infant to senior.
