•We offer a Good Faith Estimate of Charges to ensure our patients are not subject to surprise medical bills, if you have any questions, please call the Revenue Cycle Manager at 773-651-3629 ex. 2208.

•We provide application assistance (enrollment) for AllKids, Affordable Care Act (ACA), Family Care, Veterans, and the MPE programs. 

•Bilingual medical staff available on-site.
